Karen holds 10 week courses suitable for everyone. These are small classes to ensure personal attention in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Using breath and movement to achieve and maintain flexibility, quietness of mind and a feeling of harmony and well-being. Using many Yoga techniques Karen aims to bring about awareness, improved posture and balance along with greater enjoyment of everyday living.
