At Awelfan Karen holds 10 week Yoga classes suitable for everyone. These are small yoga classes to ensure personal attention in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Using breath and movement to achieve and maintain flexibility, quietness of mind and a feeling of harmony and well-being. Using many Yoga techniques Karen aims to bring about awareness, improved posture and balance along with greater enjoyment of everyday living.

One to One Tuition
If you have particular needs or prefer individual tuition Karen can arrange a private Yoga class that can be tailored to your specific needs i.e. stress management, stiff joints, poor concentration, back problems and panic attacks etc.
